Quick Flash Studio ("we", "us", or "our") built the Jigsaw Puzzle app as a free-to-play game. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it when you use our app.
By using Jigsaw Puzzle, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy. We will never sell your personal data to third parties.
2Data We Collect
We collect the following categories of data, primarily through third-party SDKs:
- Device information — device model, OS version, language, and timezone
- Usage analytics — screens visited, puzzles started/completed, session length
- Crash & diagnostic data — stack traces, app state at time of crash, ANRs
- Advertising identifiers — Google Advertising ID (GAID) used to serve relevant ads
- In-app preferences — stored locally on your device (coin balance, streak, settings)
We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, location data, camera access, microphone access, or any account credentials.
3How We Use Data
- Diagnose and fix crashes to ensure a stable experience
- Understand feature usage to improve game design
- Show relevant advertisements that fund free app development
- Monitor app performance (load times, ANR rates)
- Comply with legal obligations

5Advertising
Jigsaw Puzzle displays advertisements served by Google AdMob. AdMob may use your device's advertising identifier (GAID) to show personalised ads based on your interests.
You can opt out of personalised advertising at any time:
- Android 12 and below: Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalisation
- Android 13+: Settings → Privacy → Ads → Delete advertising ID
Opting out means you will still see ads, but they will not be tailored to your interests.
6Children's Privacy
Jigsaw Puzzle is rated for general audiences and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal data, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
Our app complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and Google Play's Families Policy.
7Data Retention
- Analytics data is retained by Google for up to 14 months (Firebase default)
- Crash reports are retained by Crashlytics for 90 days
- Local app data (preferences, progress) is stored on your device and deleted when you uninstall the app
8Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Delete your data — contact us and we will submit deletion requests to our data processors
- Opt out of personalised advertising (see Section 5)
- Portability — request a copy of your data in a machine-readable format

9Security
We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect data in transit and at rest. All network communications use HTTPS/TLS encryption. We rely on Google's enterprise-grade security infrastructure for Firebase and AdMob data storage.
No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we are committed to promptly addressing any vulnerabilities that are discovered.
10Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting to this page. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top. For significant changes, we may notify users via an in-app notice.
